Board of Directors
Our Board provides strategic guidance and oversight to ensure that Todak remains focused on its mission and values.

Chairperson – Provides leadership as an official representitive, leads board members, and supervise Executive Director.

Vice Chair – Supports the chair and fills in as needed

Treasurer – Oversees financial matters and budgeting

Secretary – Maintains records and meeting documentation

General Board Members – Contribute expertise in nonprofit, education, engineering, counseling, and advocacy

Executive Leadership
The day-to-day operations and strategic development of Todak are led by a passionate executive team.

Leads the vision and manages overall operations with the authority delegated by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors -
Program Director
Develops and oversees all core programs (youth, adult, family support) -
Outreach & Communications Coordinator
Manages public relations, community engagement, and storytelling -
Operations & Compliance Manager
Ensures organizational policies, licensing, and legal compliance
